The renovation of this historic Houghton home transformed it into an ‘up to date’ relevant home adapted for modern day living.
The proportions of these beautiful period homes make adjustments to flow, light, ventilation and connectivity an easy adaptation for efficient modern day living. We redesigned the space to achieve a serene, balanced atmosphere.
The client’s brief was successfully achieved by collaborating with all parties involved in the project. This created a comfortable and refined environment while simultaneously retaining a nod to the history of the house.
The beautiful French antiques and eclectic art collection are juxtaposed with contemporary bespoke furniture collected over time. Together this creates a warm, comfortable family home envisaged by the owner.
