The brief was to design a destination space that seamlessly integrates retail and clinical functions, creating an environment that is sophisticated, professional and quietly intriguing. The intention was to move beyond a conventional optician’s practice and deliver a setting that supports both medical precision and a refined retail experience.
Situated within a prestigious office park and surrounded by landscaped gardens, the practice benefits from a strong connection to nature. This natural context was drawn into the interior to create a calm, reassuring atmosphere that supports clinical consultations while enhancing the experience of selecting luxury eyewear.

The resulting space offers clients a considered environment for eye examinations and personal consultations, followed by a curated retail experience focused on high-end eyewear. Calm, clarity and visual comfort were prioritised throughout, ensuring the practice feels both trustworthy and welcoming.
The design positions the facility as a destination in its own right, where medical care and luxury retail coexist with ease.
